What people are saying about Pinyon Physical Therapy in Salt Lake City

“As an ultra-runner who likes to run 100-mile races every couple of years, Sarah is my go-to physical therapist when I feel my body start to wear down. Two years ago I was training for my second Wasatch 100 and started having pain in my left knee and hip to the point that I had to take a month off of training. Sarah did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and encouraging me through the rehab process. Because of her care and treatment I was able to complete Wasatch and actually enjoy most of the race.”

- Elizabeth Goossen

Sarah saved me when I was pregnant with my first child, and in the months following. When I was about 4 months along, I started having lower back pain that was debilitating - I couldn't walk or sleep; it hurt to even take a deep breath. My OB referred me to Sarah, and within two or three weeks, she had me up and going again, to the point that I was even able to go on a 40-mile backpacking trip when I was almost 7 months along. After my son was born, my body was, of course, not the same. I've seen Sarah since his birth to discuss issues with my hip and knee, and other things that creep in as I've gotten older and insist on maintaining a probably-too-active lifestyle. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and her demeanor is exactly what you need when you're in pain - calm and confident and caring. She is simply amazing. I recommend her to everyone I know who is experiencing pain, especially if it is related to pregnancy or postpartum issues. “

- Anna Anderson

“After years of PT with various practitioners while experiencing a steady decline in my shoulder function (impingement, pain, reduced range of motion), I booked four sessions with Sarah and flew out to SLC. I was expecting results but I was surprised at how quickly they would come. The problem, it turns out, had more to do with my upper back mobility. Now, after only a few weeks, the pain and mobility issues are almost gone! Even my chronic elbow tendinitis has disappeared”
