Dr. Sarah McNurlin

PT, DPT, cert. MDT Owner and Physical Therapist

Sarah earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Utah. Since graduation, Sarah has worked in orthopedic clinics focusing on evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and problems. Sarah is certified in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT). She utilizes this evaluation system and integrated skills and the treatment methodology into her treatment sessions. In addition, Sarah is a certified Functional Dry Needling® practitioner through Kineticore.

When not in the clinic, Sarah enjoys cooking with fresh ingredients from her garden and brewing her own kombucha. She loves hiking, biking, climbing, running, and adventuring in Utah’s beautiful terrain with her dog. She also enjoys practicing calligraphy and cheering on her alma mater, the Gonzaga Bulldogs.

Dr. Anna Little

PT, DPT, CSCS

Physical Therapist

Anna has lived in Utah since graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2021.She loves the Utah mountains and is an avid cyclist, skier, and fly fisherman. Prior to PT school, she attended Union University where she was a member of the NCAA Division II Final Four Lady Bulldogs basketball team, and she still enjoys both playing and watching basketball.  She has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings and is passionate about helping restore optimal and painfree function to each client she encounters. Anna is trained in dry needling, manual therapy and joint mobility. She also utilizes her skills as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) to inform the rehabilitation process and facilitate increased mental and physical resilience with or without the presence of injury.
