What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling is an intramuscular technique with electrical stimulation that can:

  • Improve tissue health
  • Decrease pain
  • Improve muscle responsiveness
  • Improve muscle performance
  • Help reduce fluid build up

Why we have been voted the best!

Thoughtful Evaluation

We do a thoughtful and thorough evaluation prior to placing needles so we know the best places to target. This means less unnecessary needle sticks.

E-Stim Technology

We use E-stim. The use of E-stim not only helps elicit more neuromuscular changes but also helps reduce soreness from dry needling. The use of E-stim also limits the amount of pistoning which decreases the amount of tissue trauma.

Deliberate Approach

We are deliberate in the muscles we choose to needle and how we choose to needle them.

Testimonials

"Sarah knows how to find the root cause of my pain/injury better than any other PT I've worked with. Her dry needling skills are second to none. I truly can't thank her enough for the care she has provided me"

Mary Clare Christopher

"I have seen Sarah for a couple years to address issues with my feet, knees and hips. Her approach was extremely helpful in addressing chronic issues I have experienced for years! I have been able to not only reengage in all activities I love such as trail running and skiing, but my performance has improved with her help and the treatment! She is a highly competent dry needler, and I have had a lot of dry needling therapy in my days and she has been the best with her accuracy targeting muscle groups. I have gotten so much relief from the treatment. The exercises and assessment methods have been very helpful and targeted for my specific problems. Best PT experience I have ever had!!!"
