Food should help you heal, move, and live well, but for a lot of people, nutrition has become confusing, rigid, and overwhelming. You've probably tried to "clean it up," eat less, cut things out, or follow rules that worked… until they didn't. And now you're left feeling tired, stuck, or unsure what actually supports your body anymore.
At Pinyon, nutrition creates a sense of safety. We support your nervous system, your movement goals, and the way you actually live.
Our Nutrition Counseling Approach
We help you build a sustainable relationship with food that helps you feel strong, clear-headed, and capable.
Our nutrition counseling is designed for people who:
- Want expert guidance without rigid rules
- Are dealing with pain, fatigue, or stalled progress
- Feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice
- Want a plan that actually fits into real life
We focus on small, intentional shifts that compound over time in order to support your body rather than force it to comply.
The 5-Visit Nutrition Counseling Package
Five 1:1 nutrition counseling visits with access to a supportive app for education, guidance, and tracking. Includes asynchronous support between visits so you're not navigating changes alone. This structure allows us to move thoughtfully, adjusting as your body responds and making sure changes are realistic, supportive, and effective.
